		<description>In my opinion you should be doing both getting link modifications as well as always building new links. If you are getting linked to from a great site but the anchor text isn&#039;t very good you should try and get that changed so you could benefit from it.</description>

And if you are going to tweak, save your valuable time and get a freelancer to do it!</description>
